At our studio, we believe in taking a relaxed approach, even for those who are aiming for a bolder look. We start with a lighter application to see how the color integrates with your skin, allows us to ensure that you achieve great results while prioritizing your safety. While some clients may find that they need a few additional sessions, method gives us the flexibility to adjust based on how your skin responds. During your very first session, we'll focus on creating a light and beautiful design that sets the stage for your look. Typically, you can expect to about a 30-50% loss of as your skin goes through the healing process, and that's completely normal! Once your results fully healed, you'll have a distinctive look that not only tells your personal story but also serves as a valuable for any future sessions we have together. YOUR SKIN IS A BIOLOGICAL ORGANISM

It's important to understand that your skin is a living, breathing biological organism. After a procedure, it is busy moving and working on a microscopic level, actively trying to push out what we just put in. 

It only knows that there's foreign matter in the skin - NOT that the foreign matter is OK to be in your skin. It just wants it out.

 On top of that, everyone's level of self-care will be different. Some people will follow every little rule to the letter! Others . . . Not so much.  Some even try to scrub the new color off...

 

PLEASE DONT DO THAT! 

What you're likely seeing (especially if suddenly everything seems bigger than life itself . . .) is usually more about inflammation, than color. So if you feel yourself slipping into PANIC MODE... Stop... Take a breath... and go look at your before and after pics. Remind yourself why you did this in the first place. Give your skin time to heal and we'll reassess everything at your followup visit.

If you still can't calm down, no worries - reach out to us for a little extra reassurance. We got you!

• These guidelines are meant to HELP optimize the effects of your procedure. ​My thoughts are that every little thing you do all add up to help a procedure heal in "better "than if you don't do ANYTHING. You should know that even if you follow these instructions EXACTLY, it does not guarantee that you will have a perfect outcome.  And if you follow NONE of the guidelines, you COULD end up with great results... The body will heal, as it is programmed to heal. These suggestions may or may not help.

• Each person is unique and each scenario plays out differently from person to person… just because something did - or didn’t - happen to YOU does not mean it won’t happen to your friend, mother, or sister.  And just because it didn’t happen to YOU before, does not guarantee that it won’t happen to you NEXT time.  

 

• I do try to inform clients to help foster the best outcome, but really... I think each person's body and metabolism will determine each person's outcome, regardless of any amount of fussing you may or may not do... The body has ultimate say in how much color stays in and what gets kicked out. The best things you can do is keep the area clean and lightly moisturized. Cool, not hot... Dry, not sweaty...  With that said, please don't think you can push things by going swimming or taking long hot showers. I do know that THAT does matter!

• Please be aware, that when you book your appointment and sign your consent forms, you do so with prior knowledge that YOU HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND OUR PROCESSES as CLEARLY OUTLINED - throughout this website.

The downside of a conservative approach means that you will most likely need follow-ups. Do you know who is MOST appreciative of this process?  THE PERSON WHO HELD THE MOST COLOR! This process prevented their procedure from falling off the cliff! So if your procedure is too light, we dodged a bullet. OUR MAIN GOAL FOR YOUR COSMETIC TATTOOING IS TO HELP MAKE LIFE EASIER We cannot make it perfect.

Unlike a hair or nail appointment, it takes A WEEK OR MORE for clients to plan. When you reserve your place on our calendar, no one else can book this time and we cannot just call in another client to take your spot if you cancel or end up not showing up for your allotted appointment time.

​During this time, we purchase supplies and arrange our time to merge with you. Our business model relies on serious minded commitment on both ends...

You may see the term "Brows 360" on this website.  This is a style, not a procedure.  All this means is that YOU do not have to try and figure out what you need. Our signature technique encompasses the ALL-AROUND BEST combination of Microblading, Ombre and Shading techniques to give you the brows that suite your face, personality and lifestyle!

Multiple sessions are typically required for all procedures. Sessions should be spaced at least 2-3 months apart... Preferably 3 to make sure the skin has reached its final healed stage and the color is no longer changing.  For a lucky few, only one session is needed while most people will need more work which depends on a multitude of variables.

Completed work can last roughly 1-5 years, depending on individual circumstances.

SET YOUR OWN APPOINTMENTS ONLINE!​

• Consultations are recommended but are not mandatory if you are familiar with the process. 

• Allergy testing is not mandatory either, but if you want one, and cannot come to the consultation meeting, you can schedule a QUICK TEST (FREE and can be booked online from this website). Testing should be performed a very minimum of 3-7 days, prior to your procedure date.  

• Color Selection and Design work is not performed at Consultation. 

• Meetings are held once per month in order to answer any final questions prior to your appointment and become more acquainted with us!

• If you choose not to attend, we will assume that you understand and agree to all of our recommendations for planning, aftercare, and healing protocols...

• Most of the important information is found on this website.

SET UP YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS IN ADVANCE  OR LATER

• 12 weeks after the first session, a touch-up session should be performed to adjust any hair strokes or color that may have not adhered properly. The first procedure does not always stay 100% since this is done on the very surface of the skin.

• If possible, please book your follow-up appointment the same day you ​book your first procedure, if you need to reserve particular dates.  

• If you do not receive a confirmation via email, this means your appointment did not process, and you should try again until you get a confirmation. If you have trouble, please feel free to contact us through the booking tab. You may leave a message there.

•  When you click on the BOOK NOW button above, you will be given an opportunity to select the artist of your choice and their available dates will populate on the calendar!

APPOINTMENT DAY - PLEASE HELP US KEEP THINGS LOW STRESS! 

• CLICK HERE  to find out what to do on the days prior to your appointment. 

• Having realistic expectations ALSO applies to your appointment time!

• Creating a "PERMANENT MARK" on someone's face is a complex and personal thing that cannot be rushed.  

• Some people require more time and focus than others... this is just the way it is. 

• Just know that we are committed to providing THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE for everyone.

• Your arrival time is not your START time. 

• There is a 30-minute window in which to complete paperwork and ask any final questions as we start the numbing process. 

• Appointments that are scheduled at 10 am are the only ones we feel safe in saying will start ON TIME, barring any unforeseen incidents.

• Appointments set at noon or later may be held up due to a variety of reasons. 

• If you have to wait, we ask for your patience while we take good care of the client in the chair.  

• Avoid a TIME CRISIS on your end, by allowing a 3-4 hour window of time to complete your appointment. 

• Do not plan anything right after your appointment just in case we are running behind.

• Make a backup plan in case you have lunch or dinner plans.

• Have someone scheduled as a backup to pick up your kids. 

• Don't plan any first dates - on the day of your procedure.  : )

 FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS:

• Schedule Follow up #1 and #2 at twelve (12 ) week intervals, following the date of your initial procedure. This keeps the application dates on track.   

• 2-3 Weeks prior to your follow-up, check your permanent makeup. If you feel that everything is ok, and you'd rather wait a while, (or if something else comes up) you may reset your appointment. You may change, your date up to one (1) week prior to the date of your next visit. If you need to postpone, just search your emails for "Permetika" to find your most recent confirmation email. You will find a link there to reset your appointment. 

​

NOTE:  OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS ONE WEEK.

• We have to adhere to this policy in order to allow another person AMPLE TIME to prepare to fill the spot and to keep business running smoothly.

• If you are a NO SHOW, your booking fee will be forfeited.

• We will gladly reset your appointment one time as a courtesy because we all forget sometimes.

• If you are a NO SHOW more than once, you must set a new appointment, which will require a new booking fee.

• This policy shall remain in effect, no matter what the cause.

ARE YOU RUNNING LATE? 

• WE GET IT!  So no worries... We build in an extra 10-15 minutes to allow for this...

• If you're running MORE than 15 minutes, we can still start and make a difference - but we may need to cut the end of your session short IF someone else is waiting.  

• If you are over 30 minutes late, we will need to reschedule if we have a client scheduled after you. If not, I can usually be flexible.

• As our location may change, please plan ahead and check our website for available locations. 

• If you call for directions just before your appointment, we will probably miss that call - so be sure to enter our location into your phone prior to your appointment day.
