Think about this for a minute. . . If you've ever considered learning to skydive, you certainly know about TANDEM SKYDIVING. This is where you strap yourself to a professional to learn the process of skydiving, in the safest way possible and to increase your odds of a safe landing! The same principles apply here and WE THINK THIS IS A WIN FOR ALL!

For YOU, the client . . . by booking a Tandem Procedure, you can save money without sacrificing quality! Consistent results can be expected that very closely resembles Connie's Solo work. WHY? Because Connie starts every procedure by creating the boundary strokes, Our Artists respect those boundaries, so at the end of the procedure, Connie performs a final quality control check to see if the Tandem Artist needs any support. And thankfully, no one here has an ego so big that they can't ask for help when needed.

The artists will be working from a solid foundation. They will now reach their milestones at a much more secure and rapid pace - than going it alone. They will have the support they need throughout each procedure and since they will never encounter a situation they can't handle, they are more relaxed and ready to face the day!

Connie is only one person, so now, the workload becomes more efficient, creating the time to help more people at a better rate. So now, the opportunities - have just EXPANDED - for everyone involved.

Choosing a master artist comes with a higher price, but with that price comes many years of valuable experience, executing successful results, time after time, with the worry of destroying your looks. ​​

Connie and a Permetika Artist work closely together during this entire process. The artist prepares the client for treatment.

Connie starts the procedure by creating the boundary stokes of each procedure.

The CLIENT saves money.

The Permetika Artist benefits professionally from Connie's assistance.

Your Assisting Artist will meet you and get you settled in for your appointment.

Once the room is prepared and the colors are poured... Connie will start the procedure by applying the initial set of strokes - which creates the main template shape.

The Assisting Artist then follows the guidelines and instructions as set by Connie.

Once the brows are as close to completion, Connie then does a final check at the end to ensure quality control.

Our artists have been trained by Connie and have undergone countless hours of observation. However, they work independently from Connie and have developed their own style. Connie does not physically do any part of the procedure for them and results cannot be expected to look exactly as if Connie did the work.

If the Solo Artist encounters any unusual situation, they know they can ask for help!

Apprentices are not always available. When they are, its after they finished training but before they are released to work as a Solo Artist. They have finished class, countless hours of observation, and are working under supervision. They too will be doing all of their own work as well.

THINGS TO KNOW IN ADVANCE:

ALL TANDEM FOLLOW-UPS WILL BE BOOKED AS REGULAR FOLLOW-UPS WITH THE TANDEM ARTIST, NOT WITH CONNIE.​

ALL PROCEDURES REQUIRE A 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) BOOKING FEE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT ON THE CALENDAR AND PREVENT NO-SHOWS.

FOLLOWUP PROCEDURES ARE NOT FREE.

PRICES DEPENDS ON THE ARTIST CHOSEN & HOW LONG IT'S BEEN SINCE YOUR LAST SESSION.

If you want to request Connie for future sessions, you must submit the difference between the pricing levels, then include the price for the followup session.

TRUST THE TANDEM PROCESS!
This concept has been used in some of the higher-end HAIR salons, but to my knowledge, it's not a common practice in permanent makeup settings. By working in tandem, it allows artists the opportunity to work closely with a master artist to excellerate the learning curve while developing the skills necessary to create CONSISTENTLY beautiful work!

EVERY FACE is important to us... and different facial types require varying levels of skill. So having Connie's backup ensures that each artist develops at their own pace and refines them as they develop their own style of work.

How do we know the process works?
We've DONE it... We have tested this theory at length, and we are all confident that TANDEM TEAM WORK is where it's at... With Tandem, together, we all produce great work, every time and we think you'll enjoy your new team!
The Tandem process was developed during training. No one want to be a guinea pig... so the master artist would work closely with the trainee or apprentice to ensure that each model left with a smile on her face. How do you accomplish that in training when the ONLY WAY to learn to work on live skin, and to do it with three scared females in the room?

This process worked so well, that we integrated the idea into the Tandem method. Our artists now have daily opportunities to gain incredible experience and develop a full understanding of the process prior to launching out on their own.
Artists will go through an evaluation every 6 months to assess if they are ready to fly on their own! Until then, Tandem procedures help the artists by learning and growing on a daily basis and gives Connie the flexibility in her schedule to service more clients, by applying her expertise on the most important part of the service.... YOUR FACE!

WHO KNOWS... When we get our team fully developed and working on their own, maybe we can come to a town near you and start a Franchise... maybe... we will see.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR TANDEM APPOINTMENT:
​
You'll be greeted by the Tandem Artist (chosen by you). If necessary, you will be asked to fill out our client forms and start the numbing process. During the numbing time of approximately 30 minutes, we'll get acquainted and learn about your goals... then our solutions will be shared to help achieve those goals.
​
Then the Tandem Artist will help you get all settled into a freshly sanitized chair.​ Connie will kick off the procedures by setting the template. Even at this early stage of the process, you'll be able to observe some beautiful changes.
The Tandem Artist will observe Connie as she lays in the preliminary boundaries, then will continue filling in the strokes according to the guidelines set by Connie. They understand not to surpass these guidelines and will meticulously follow the plan.
When the procedure is almost complete, Connie will swing back by to offer her signature strokes and finishing touches to complete the process!

WE OPERATE IN AN EASY GOING & SAFE ENVIRONMENT!
We've always been an open concept salon. No one is shoved into a tight room with no windows. And there is plenty of room here for everyone to observe the 6'-8' of personal space we all need to stay safe. Hand washing and hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the studio and there is a standing sanitization unit at the front door. Please use it upon entry.
