ABOUT PRICE SHOPPING:

  • The best deal, is the one that leaves you with beautiful work that looks soft, natural, does not take center stage nor be detectable as a tattoo. Permetika carries a tried-and-true name with a reputation you can trust!

  • Shopping price alone (whether high or low) is in no way, the best way to determine the right artist for you.  Shopping bargain deals MAY work... you could get lucky and find a new talented artist who is competing with the masses and offering a great deal. Or. it could be the worst decision of your life. Remember, pictures are not proof that they actually belong to the person sharing them. Pictures are often stolen from the internet and shared as their own work. So just be careful and ask for plenty of client references to back up the pictures.

  • If you fall into the wrong hands, you may find yourself facing thousands of dollars, and months or years of tattoo removal. Bargain deals are great for shoes, furniture but not something that is going to make a permanent change to your face!

  • NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE: 50% (per booking). This fee will be required to reserve your place on our calendar. It serves as a reminder to clients to not forget about their commitment and helps prevent no shows. It also ensures a partial payment in the event that a no show does occur.

  • SPECIAL DEALS REQUIRE ZERO DEPOSIT.

    • Because you're paying for the deal IN FULL on the day of booking.

  • A 5 DAY ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO POSTPONE APPOINTMENT. 

    • ​We understand... LIFE HAPPENS! And when it does, it's rarely convenient. So, in the event you need to reschedule, you will not lose the booking fee if you offer at least a 5-day advance notice.

    • If you encounter an emergency or major conflict in your schedule and cannot offer a 5 day notice... we will give you the courtesy to reschedule your appointment, once at NO CHARGE.

    • Future changes to your appointment time will still be honored with a new booking fee of $250 to help offset lost income on the schedule. 

    • If you pay, and have a change in health, or change of address that prevents you from having a procedure.

YOUR SKIN IS NOT THE SAME from session to session.
Bodies are in a constant state of change. Fluctuating health conditions can also affect the outcome. Various medical treatments and medications may alter your body's chemistry creating hormonal & metabolic changes which can all play a role in the erosion of the permanent makeup color over time. For these reasons, color refreshment will ultimately become necessary.

Why do Traditional tattoos/body art last longer than PMU? 
 
  1. Body art is applied deeper, and more boldly in the skin.
  2. The ink is more concentrated and is designed to LAST A LIFETIME. 
 
NOT a great combination for PMU! Plus, pigment in the face fades at an accelerated rate because of the extra blood supply in the facial region. 
 
So you may (at some point) begin to notice that the gold tones within the eyebrow pigments are vanishing first. This is the normal course of color degradation and what was once brown, may fade to a lighter brown or it may fade gray. NO WORRIES!  Now we just need to add some warmer tones back in the mix to freshen things up a bit.

If you schedule Permanent Cosmetics at Permetika (or anywhere else as well) with someone other than Connie:​

  • Please remember that artistic styles differ, and skill levels will vary from artist to artist.In addition to that, SKIN also presents a variety of different tones and textures that may be a challenge to less experienced artists. For these reasons, our team knows that they can call Connie for help at any time.  ​

  • Always request a consultation and photos of the Artist's work PRIOR to booking an appointment to make sure your style aligns with the artist of choice.

  • JUST BECAUSE A PERSON IS TRAINED BY CONNIE DOES NOT MEAN THEIR STYLE MATCHES HERS. It takes years to master this craft and all results will vary from person to person.​

  • Your follow-up should be scheduled with the same artist, however, an alternate artist may be selected if your original artist is not available.​

  • SINCE WE PERFORM EXTREME CONSERVATISM IN THE APPLICATION, MULTIPLE SESSIONS ARE TO BE EXPECTED AS THERE IS NO WAY TO GUARANTEE HOW YOUR SKIN WILL HOLD COLOR.  

  • ​FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS should be made with the same artist if possible but can be booked with another PERMETIKA ARTIST. ​​Before booking... read the following information: ​

    • AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. . .  BE SURE TO READ THE PLAN AHEAD,  PRE/POST CARE PAGE.

    • As you read, make notes and set reminders on your phone to let you know when to stop and start taking certain products... Like ARNICA MONTANA!​READ OUR POLICIES PAGE.

    • BOOKING FEES OF 50% ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.​BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.​

    • A 5 DAY NOTICE is required to change your appointment date. This is necessary as a courtesy to other clients who need time to prepare.​

    • PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.​NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL FORFEIT THE BOOKING FEE. To rebook, you will need to schedule a new visit with a new booking fee.​​
