  • ONE WEEK CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED

    • ​We understand... LIFE HAPPENS! And when it does, it's rarely convenient. So, in the event you need to reschedule, you will not lose the booking fee if you offer at least a 5-day advance notice.
    • If you encounter an emergency or major conflict in your schedule and cannot offer a 5-day notice... we will give you the courtesy to reschedule your appointment, once at NO CHARGE.
    • Future changes to your appointment time will still be honored with a new booking fee of $250 to help offset lost income on the schedule. 
    • If you pay, and have a change in health, or change of address that prevents you from having a procedure.

If you schedule Permanent Cosmetics at Permetika (or anywhere else as well) with someone other than Connie:​

  • Please remember that artistic styles differ, and skill levels will vary from artist to artist.In addition to that, SKIN also presents a variety of different tones and textures that may be a challenge to less experienced artists. For these reasons, our team knows that they can call Connie for help at any time.  â€‹

  • Always request a consultation and photos of the Artist's work PRIOR to booking an appointment to make sure your style aligns with the artist of choice.

  • JUST BECAUSE A PERSON IS TRAINED BY CONNIE DOES NOT MEAN THEIR STYLE MATCHES HERS. It takes years to master this craft and all results will vary from person to person.​

  • Your follow-up should be scheduled with the same artist, however, an alternate artist may be selected if your original artist is not available.​

  • SINCE WE PERFORM EXTREME CONSERVATISM IN THE APPLICATION, MULTIPLE SESSIONS ARE TO BE EXPECTED AS THERE IS NO WAY TO GUARANTEE HOW YOUR SKIN WILL HOLD COLOR.  

  • ​FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS should be made with the same artist if possible but can be booked with another PERMETIKA ARTIST. ​​Before booking... read the following information: ​

    • AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. . .  BE SURE TO READ THE PLAN AHEAD,  PRE/POST CARE PAGE.

    • BOOKING FEES OF 50% ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.​BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.​

    • A 5 DAY NOTICE is required to change your appointment date. This is necessary as a courtesy to other clients who need time to prepare.​

    • HOWEVER, ALL PROCEDURES RETURNING PROCEDURES WILL START OVER AS "NEW" PRICING SINCE WE ARE ADOPTING THE WORK (AND POTENTIAL PROBLEMS) FROM A COMPETITOR.​​​​​

**Eyebrow Procedures:**

OK - you brow enthusiasts... We recommend hitting the pause button on Latisse and other brow serums for at least a month before your treatment. And let’s be honest - there's absolutely no need to shape  your brows beforehand. We love them just as they are, wild and free, so come as you are! After all, that helps us show off our best work!

​

**Eyeliner Procedures:**

And before you get your eyeliner game on, we kindly ask that you say goodbye to those lash growth serums for about a month. And those fabulous lash extensions? Try to have them removed about a week or so prior to your appointment. This little break gives your eyelids a chance to relax and get ready for the tattooing magic!

​

**Lip Procedures:**

Now, if you happen to battle cold sores or fever blisters, we’ve got a little homework for you! Please make sure to ask your doctor for a prescription for an antiviral medication before you dive into that lip tattoo adventure. Most clients find that they need 2-3 sessions to really lock in that gorgeous color (thanks to all that lip action).

**Pre-Medication:**

Finally, a friendly reminder for all you wellness warriors out there: if you ever need to take antibiotics before routine dental work or any other medical procedure, you’re going to want to do the same for this beauty treatment. It’s all about keeping things safe and sound!

Payment for each appointment will be split into two separate transactions - detailed as follows.

1. BOOKING FEE  - 50%

  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve our time for your procedure. This policy ensures that focus is dedicated to those who are genuinely interested in our services. It also helps to minimize no-shows.

​

2. BALANCE DUE:  50%  

  • Due on day of appointment.

  • You may pay in ELECTRONICALLY in advance of the appointment to speed up the process.

  • You may pay after the appointment as well.

  • Payment may be submitted electronically  making the process smooth and convenient. 

  • However, we accept all forms of payment.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS​

BEWARE! Last minute reset?  If you're trying to break the 5-day notice rule, our system will give you the cold shoulder – you'll just need to chat with us directly. And if you're unable to come at all -  feel free to pass along your appointment to someone else - sharing is caring!​

 1st Reschedule - No Questions, No Charge

  • Life happens, and if you need to postpone your scheduled visit, no worries! Just locate the most recent confirmation email from Permetika and look for the link to reschedule.​

​

2nd Reschedule -  Rescheduling Fee Required: $100

  • Another unexpected curveball? We understand! It Happens...

  • Again, if you happen to break our 5-day notice rule, don’t worry -our system simply not allow you to reschedule online, which means you’ll need to reach out to us directly for support. We’re more than happy to help you find a new time that works for you!

  • Additionally, if for any reason you can make it, you still have the option to transfer your appointment to another. It’s all about keeping things flexible and accommodating! Thank you for your cooperation as we navigate this together.

3 or More Reschedules  -  Rescheduling Fee Required: $200

  • Yep! Life's a rollercoaster, and we’re down for the ride! However, when reschedules pile up, our calendar starts resembling a deserted island. To keep things running smoothly, we’ll be implementing a $200 rescheduling fee at 3+ changes.

  • We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate our schedules together. Thanks for being awesome and sticking with us!
