Natural Lash Enhancement: This is a very thin line at the base of the lashes. The purpose is not necessarily to look like eyeliner. It does however, make your eyelashes appear to be thicker because the base is more filled out.

Volume Liner: Begins with a natural lash enhancement to fill in the base of the lashes, Then, a secondary line (in the shape of your choice is created for additional dimension to the eye. Tail or no tail is your decision.

Lip sculpting can be accomplished with permanent cosmetics. This is wonderful for the lipstick connoisseur because they can still apply thier topical color as desired, yet never be totally bare.

Blended Lip Liner: A lip liner not only defines the existing lip, but can also enhance the color of the lips. This is not a harsh line, but a blended process that looks very natural.  

Nautral Lip Tint: Just a little extra color to enhance your natural lip color.

Full Lip Color: For those who prefer a more vibrant look 24/7.

In cases of scar camouflaging, the goal can be only acheived through repeated applications and refinements to previous applications. You must allow at least 6 weeks between each application to prevent excess scar tissue build-up.

Many suffer physicallly and emotionally from disfiguring scars follow mastectomies or other breast surgeries, and need help putting things back together. Scarring and loss of natural pigmentation can occur followingbreast reconstruction procedures. Repigmentation helps tocorrect color loss and can even help recreate a nipple that has been totally lost due to mastectomy. Even men or women who were born with little to no may want to enhance their areolas  to add back a youthful glow.You will not walk away with flat, off-color results that look unrealistic. We pride ourselves on artistically designing a look that will bring you closer to where you once were. This is often the last step in the long, painful journey of breast cancer. Correcting someone else's work requires A LOT MORE WORK. Plus, as the last artist to touch that face, is now adopting and claiming all issues as their own.  This can be very rewarding, when everything goes well. But very problematic when it doesn't. So please understand that we may refuse service if we feel the work is beyond what I can successfully manage. Occasionally, I may recommend a removal session or two whether it be through chemical, acid, saline or laser. Pricing will depend on how drastic the corrective measures are. NOTE: If the shape is ok and the color is just faded, there will be no additional fees added to the cost of the proced

**Eyebrow Procedures:**
Alright, you brow enthusiasts... We recommend hitting the pause button on Latisse and other brow serums for at least a month before your treatment. And let’s be honest—there's absolutely no need to stress about shaping your brows beforehand. We love them just as they are, wild and free, so come as you are! After all, that helps us show off our best work!

**Eyeliner Procedures:**
And before you get your eyeliner game on, we kindly ask that you say goodbye to those lash growth serums for about a month. And those fabulous lash extensions? Try to have them removed about a week or so prior to your appointment. This little break gives your eyelids a chance to relax and get ready the tattooing magic!

**Lip Procedures:** Now, if you happen to battle cold sores or fever blisters, we’ve got a little homework for you! Please make sure to grab your doctor and get prescription for an antiviral medication before you dive into that lip tattoo adventure. Most clients find that they need 2-3 sessions to really lock in that gorgeous color (thanks to all that lip action).

**Pre-Medication:** Finally, a friendly reminder for all you wellness warriors out there: if you ever need to take antibiotics before routine dental work or any other medical procedure, you’re going to want to do the same for this beauty treatment. It’s all about keeping things safe and sound!

Payment for each appointment will be split into two separate transactions - detailed as follows.

1. BOOKING FEE  - 50%
  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve our time for your procedure. This policy ensures that focus is dedicated to those who are genuinely interested in our services. It also helps to minimize no-shows.

2. BALANCE DUE:  50%  
  • Due on day of appointment.
  • You may pay in ELECTRONICALLY in advance of the appointment to speed up the process.
  • You may pay after the appointment as well.
  • Payment may be submitted electronically  making the process smooth and convenient. 
  • However, we accept all forms of payment.

BEWARE! Last minute reset?  If you're trying to break the 5-day notice rule, our system will give you the cold shoulder – you'll just need to chat with us directly. And if you're unable to come at all -  feel free to pass along your appointment to someone else - sharing is caring!​

 1st Reschedule - No Questions, No Charge

  • Life happens, and if you need to postpone your scheduled visit, no worries! Just locate the most recent confirmation email from Permetika and look for the link to reschedule.​

2nd Reschedule -  Rescheduling Fee Required: $100

  • Another unexpected curveball? We understand! It Happens...
  • Again, if you happen to break our 5-day notice rule, don’t worry -our system simply not allow you to reschedule online, which means you’ll need to reach out to us directly for support. We’re more than happy to help you find a new time that works for you!
  • Additionally, if for any reason you can make it, you still have the option to transfer your appointment to another. It’s all about keeping things flexible and accommodating! Thank you for your  cooperation as we navigate this together.

3 or More Reschedules  -  Rescheduling Fee Required: $200

  • Yep! Life's a rollercoaster, and we’re down for the ride! However, when reschedules pile up, our calendar starts resembling a deserted island. To keep things running smoothly, we’ll be implementing a $200 rescheduling fee at 3+ changes.
  • We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate our schedules together. Thanks for being awesome and sticking with us!

  • ABOUT LIP PROCEDURES:
    • If you are prone to Cold Sores or Fever Blisters, you must obtain a prescription for an anti-viral prescription prior to a lip tattoo.
    • Lips may saturate well on the first session, however MOST people need 2-3 sessions, sometimes more, to retain the amount of color desired. The reason is lips are very ACTIVE. Lots of licking, wiping, talking... it's a wonder that ANY color stays. 
    • PRE-MEDICATION? If you have to take antibiotics prior to routine dental work, OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL PROCEDURE, you'll need to do the same for our treatments.
    • Know when to start and stop taking certain foods and supplements.​
