But before moving forward, we want to make sure that you understand what it takes and all that it means when you book an appointment with us. UNDERSTANDING OUR PROCESSES UP FRONT . . . WILL HELP REALIGN YOUR EXPECTATIONS WITH THAT OF REALITY.

For starters, the levels of application are as varied as the numbers of people who want it... what may be "just enough" for one person, may be barely noticeable by another. The same principle applies to flaws.
​
Artistic abilities are as unique as there are artists... and we all carry a HUGE RESPONSIBILITY to identify the particular needs of every client and execute a grand performance!
​
So then we execute that Grand Performance, but the art in now - in your SKIN! Skin that is moving and churning on a microscopic scale and is going to be fighting to remove what we just put in. Add to that, all the various levels of self care going on. Some people follow all the rules while others will break out the peroxide to scrub out thier new color. DO DO THAT! Most likely, what you're seeing is inflammation more than color! So... If you move into freak out mode, just remember how it looked when it was first done. Take a breath... calm down... let it heal... and we will take the next steps at your followup session. IF YOU CANNOT CALM DOWN, CALL US . : )
It is imperative that you understand something else . . .
The downside of a conservative approach means that you will most likely need followups. Do you know who is MOST appreciative of this process? THE PERSON WHO HELD THE MOST COLOR! This process prevented their procedure from falling off the cliff! So if your procedure is too light, we dodged a bullet. OUR MAIN GOAL FOR YOUR COSMETIC TATTOOING IS TO HELP MAKE LIFE EASIER We cannot make it perfect.

Unlike a hair or nail appointment, it takes A WEEK OR MORE for clients to plan. When you reserve your place on our calendar, no one else can book this time and we cannot just call in another client to take your spot if you cancel or end up not showing up for your allotted appointment time.
During this time, we purchase supplies and arrange our time to merge with you. Our business model relies on serious minded commitment on both ends..

You may see the term "Brows 360" on this website. This is a style, not a procedure. All this means is that YOU do not have to try and figure out what you need. Our signature technique encompasses the ALL AROUND BEST combination of Microblading, Ombre and Shading techniques to give you the brows that suite your face, personality and lifestyle!
Results can last roughly 1-5 years, depending on individual circumstances.
2+ Perfecting Sessions are typically required for all procedures. These followup sessions should be spaced at least 2 months apart... preferably 3 to make sure the skin has reached its final healed stage. Occasionally, more or less work will be needed and will depend on a multitude of variables.

The term "Brows 360tm " simply means that we consider all angles (visual, emotional, lifestyle) when helping you decide which brow service to select.
This means YOU do not have to figure it out in advance. When you come in for your appointment, you can ask which method is right for you. You may choose from Microblading, Ombre, Combo or any other shading technique. Maybe you'll need a combination of techniques to give you the brows that suit your face, personality and lifestyle! IF YOU MEET AN ARTIST OR TECHNICIAN WHO CLAIMS TO DO "THE SAME" TECHNIQUES AS THE PERSON WHO TRAINED THEM . . .
. . . that MIGHT be a red flag.

There is a common misconception that if someone takes a class, they can suddenly perform at the same level as the master. This is not true.
The purpose of training is to help build a student's confidence by showing them the steps of how to bypass some of the "potholes" of the learning process... but as each artist follows their own style. the Artistic skill will vary from student to student. It takes years to master the craft!
Supervision by Connie ranges in need from artist to artist. Not all faces are equal in difficulty and all artist and student here KNOWS that they can call for help at anytime. We work as a team!

​If you want to schedule with anyone other than Connie, you need to request photos of the Artist's work PRIOR to booking an appointment to make sure your style aligns with the artist of choice. JUST BECAUSE A PERSON IS TRAIEXACTLY AS I DO. THIS TYPE OF WORK TAKES YEARS TO MASTER. However, NO ONE here does bad work! And I have their back if they need me and so do you!
