⚪️ Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. For example, if you start at Tanzanite and decide to become a Ruby influencer, you can upgrade instantly and start earning.

What Payment Options do I have?

What happens if I cancel my membership?

⚪️ You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, your membership perks (discounts, complimentary refresh, reseller options) end at the close of your current paid month. Any Doblóns already issued to you remain valid. Future followups will return to regular current price.

How do I redeem a Doblón?

⚪️ Just present your digital Doblón (on your phone) or physical coin at your appointment checkout. Your discount is instantly applied to your balance.

Do Doblóns expire?

⚪️ No, Doblóns don’t expire as long as Permetika is in business and honoring them. Keep them, gift them, or use them at your own pace.

Can Doblóns be stacked on top of other deals?

• ​Payment for each appointment will be split into two separate transactions - detailed as follows.

First Payment is a BOOKING FEE  - 50%

• 50% Booking Fee Required to hold your spot

• Balance Due or DOBLÓN on the Day of Procedure

• Booking Fees are Non-refundable

• 5-day Notice Required for Rescheduling

• No-shows Forfeit Booking Fee

• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve our time for your procedure. This policy ensures that focus is dedicated to those who are genuinely interested in our services. It also helps to minimize no-shows.

​

• Our policy requires a Postponement Fee: of $200     We understand that sometimes plans change, but last-minute postponements can significantly impact our schedule. When a client reschedules at the last moment, we lose the opportunity to fill that time slot, resulting in a loss of the full amount for the scheduled session. To help mitigate, a $200 rebooking fee will apply. If we have availability, we will gladly reset your appointment to the next available time.
