Introducing BROWS 360
Designs in Motion Training - 4 Levels of Learning!

Do you know ANYONE who applies their makeup laying down?

You? Your Friends? A Makeup Artist? Nope, nope, nope! PROBABLY NO ONE! For those of you who have been learning about or have been working in the field of PMU, have you ever wondered why we are still micro-blading brows laying down?  If this is you, and you can open your mind to another way of mapping, then the BROWS 360™ SYSTEM - DESIGNS IN MOTION Courses may be for you!

How did I develop this new style of work?

I began micro-blading 3 years before I knew it was called micro-blading.  How? Back in 2012, I was visiting my tattoo supply store when I discovered a hand tool (that I NOW know is a micro-blading tool) in the display case. There they were. Twelve of them. And they were hot pink. When I inquired about them, I was told they were TATTOO KNIVES.  Well, NO THANK YOU. That name alone was an instant turn off so I directed my attention to buying the supplies I stopped in for. As I was about to leave, I thought... "They are HOT PINK.   Why?" My curiosity got the best of me so I took a closer look. I asked to hold one.  You can't help but notice that it's simply an Exacto knife. So I asked to see the blade.  Suddenly, it began to look and feel more like some form of calligraphy tool.  I imagined what I could do with it... It was at this very moment that I instantly knew I could create something beautiful with this mystery tool.  I bought all twelve tools and told my next twelve clients I have something new to try on them. I just innately knew what to do.  With the trust of my clients, along with the realization that I was no longer tethered to a machine that "required" me to work a certain way, I started working on my clients while seated in an upright position. Now, it just made sense to approach the task of brow application in the same way a traditional makeup artist would... with my clients sitting UPRIGHT!

This has been a game changer for me, and I think it would be for you as well because your human canvass brings all kinds of complexities for you to tackle. It gives you more freedom, its more ergonomic because you're not stuck in one position all day and you get  great results by observing the muscular structure during the brow process. You know you're working on a "person", not an inanimate canvass.  Come learn how to overcome the obstacle standing in your way.

Come learn the skill of INCREMENTAL BALANCING, how PLACEMENT trumps PRECISION  & THE MAGIC OF THE PERIMETER to enhance your brow game! We are sure that this knowledge will be life-changing for you and your clients.

MORE ON PERMETIKA's APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

This program was created for the person who wants to the opportunity to acquire practical skills as well as the daily "real life" experience while learning. You will be encouraged and challenged by team of professionals who all support each other.  Welcome to the day and life at the studio.

Phase 1:  1-2 WEEKS
For this first phase, the apprentice will shadow me, take notes on whatever procedures are booked for that week.

While great brows are our main attraction, we also excel at other procedures such as eyeliner, lips, areola, scar camouflage, and skin tightening and skin corrections such as removing benign skin lesions. We cannot guarantee you will have the expOn the days that I’m available, you can stay longer to get through your hours faster. (I just can’t commit to more than 4-6 hours a day since I have regular clients to see as well).

All questions will be answered at the end of each day.

How soon you move into working on live skin is up to you. I like for you to move into it by AT LEAST the mid point range, but you can start sooner, if your nerves are up to it, and I’ll support that!!

Your downtime can be used to study written material and spending time practicing. I’ll show you how to practice on practice skin as well as real people (w/o breaking skin).

Phase 2: WEEKS 2-4
For this second phase, the apprentice will take the knowledge learned in Phase 1 and bring it to their own live models.

You can start bringing in your own models to practice on as soon as you’re ready. I’ll teach you how to work on these people and talk to them so they will trust you (less is more). 😊

Upon completion of this program,  you will have been given the knowledge and skill set that will serve as a strong base as you develop into your own career.

However, if you are not quite ready for the headaches that come along with business ownership, you may apply to become a Permetika Artist.

If accepted, your position will be evaluated every three months for the first year and every 6 months thereafter. to make sure we continue to be a good fit.

If you have any other questions, please let me know. I’ll be looking forward to talking!  Take care and make it a great day!
