Think of the Vault as your private account where your DIGITAL DOBLÓN MEDALLIONS are stored (Vagaro Memberships) until you’re ready to spend them. Doblóns are imaginary money with real value, earned through joining the membership, special gifts, or occasional flash drops, flash gifts & surprises.

FLASH DROPS - limited time offers

Gone are the days of boring holiday sales and generic promotions. Instead, we do Flash Drops. These won’t just sit around - they’ll land directly in your Vagaro account and in your inbox or text. You may have a week to use it. You may only have a day. When you see the DOBLÓN drop, you’ll know it’s time to act. Once the timer is up - it expires & disappears from your account.

FLASH GIFTS - gifts that stay with you

Some things are too good to take away. Flash Gifts are Medallions you get to keep - like your Birthday DOBLÓN. Those stay in your account until you use them.

• Membership – You pay a small monthly fee to open your Vault and keep it active. That Vault is where your DOBLÓN credits live.

• DOBLÓN Credits - Think of these like gift cards you can use toward your procedures. They’re imaginary coins with actual spending power.

• Flexibility - Use them yourself, share them, gift them, or (yes) sell them to others. You choose how to spend your treasure.

• Perks - Members enjoy premium pricing on all procedures, access to Flash Drops and Flash Gifts, and end-of-year follow-up perks.

If you plan on preserving your investment, membership is the smartest move you can make. Without it, your maintenance visits and follow-ups will cost more over time. At $25 a month, this plan pays for itself quickly - often with just one appointment.

THE POWER OF THIRDS

We base membership pricing on the “power of thirds” - you pay roughly 2/3 of the regular rate for most services. That’s not a discount, it’s a built-in advantage for those committed to long-term beauty maintenance.

ANNUAL LOYALTY REWARD

At the end of each membership year, we celebrate you. If you’ve completed all your follow-ups and stayed active, you’ll unlock a Half-Price Follow-Up Reward on one or more procedures (depending on what you’ve had done). Yes, multiple procedures = multiple half-price follow-ups.

We’ll mark the moment with virtual streamers, balloons, and awkward speeches - because that’s how much we appreciate our private clientele.

VAULT GUIDELINES

• Membership must remain active for Medallions to apply. If you cancel, your credits vanish. Use them before you cancel - or better yet, don’t cancel at all.

• Five-day notice is required to cancel an appointment.

• 50% booking fee required to secure your appointment - nonrefundable but transferable.

• Sharing is welcome. Selling is encouraged if you have an audience who will appreciate it - you could earn $100 per referral.

• Credits may not be used to pay entirely for a brand-new procedure - a portion of the balance must be paid at the time of service.

• Some perks are time-sensitive. Once they expire, they’re gone.

• Medallions are not refundable for cash.

Do I have to join to book?

Absolutely not. You can book anytime at regular pricing. Membership simply gives you premium pricing, special perks, and access to things non-members don’t get. Think of it as the velvet rope treatment for people serious about preserving their investment.

What exactly is the PERMÉTIKA DOBLÓN MEDALLION Program?

It’s a membership that rewards my private clientele for loyalty and smart planning. Instead of random sales or gimmicky “specials,” you get consistent, meaningful savings on procedures you actually want — plus fun surprises like Flash Drops and Flash Gifts.

DOBLÓNs are your credits — imaginary money with real value. You can share them, gift them, or keep them for yourself. They live in your Vault (your account), and as long as your membership is active, they’re yours to use.

How much can I save?

Savings is in direct proportion to how many procedures you purchase. Let’s run the numbers:

​

• If you booked Brows, Eyeliner, and Lips in one day at $1,800 each, that’s $5,400.

• As a member, each procedure would drop to $1,200 — that’s $3,600 total.

• You just saved $1,800 right there.

• Now add follow-ups for all three: normally $600 each, that’s $1,800.

• As a member, they’d be $400 each — $1,200 total.That’s another $600 saved.

• Grand total? $2,400 saved. And that’s just for you.

• If you share with friends or family, the savings explode exponentially.

Can my credits be gifted or shared?

Yes — sharing is welcome. Selling is even encouraged if you have an audience that would be receptive. You can make $100 a pop just through word-of-mouth.

Will my credits be tracked?

Yes — your DOBLÓN credits are loaded into your Vault (your account) right now. As you purchase a procedure, an entry is made in the system. If we ever mint real coins in the future, they’ll get their own serial numbers.

Do credits expire?

Credits remain active as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, any unused credits disappear. So either use them before you cancel or — better yet — don’t cancel.

Can I carry my credits forward?

Yes — credits roll forward as long as your membership remains open.

What’s the difference between a Flash Drop and a Flash Gift?

Flash Drop – Gone are the days of boring holiday sales. Flash Drops are surprise perks that appear directly in your Vagaro account. They may last a day, they may last a week — when you see a DOBLÓN in your account, you’ll know it’s time to move fast.

Flash Gift – These are perks that stay put in your account, like a birthday DOBLÓN or a little “just because” surprise.

Can I bank credits to get a big procedure for free?

No. Credits apply as a portion toward each booking — they’re not meant to be hoarded for a completely free procedure. This keeps the system fair and ensures we’re still generating income the day of your appointment.

What about follow-ups?

At the end of your membership year, if you’ve completed your initial procedures, you’ll be offered follow-ups at 50% off (instead of the standard member rate). This applies to multiple follow-ups if you’ve had multiple procedures.

Why not just do random specials?

Because random specials don’t protect your investment or reward consistency. This plan creates lasting benefits, not quick one-offs.

What do people think about this plan?

If you don’t understand it, it’s logical to be skeptical. But spend 2 minutes running the math and you’ll see — if you’re planning more than one procedure or you want to maintain what you already have, it’s a no-brainer.

When you factor in the savings your guests can enjoy too, it’s insane not to join if you’re doing permanent makeup. If you’re not — skip it.
