Every person's skin will have a different reaction to a procedure.

The following information is to be considered a general guide that holds true for MOST people.

TIPS ABOUT EYELINER:

Eyeliner can be captivating unless it's overdone!  It should be soft like a flower petal..

NOT RIGID, MECHANICALLY PLACED EYELINER... THAT WILL KILL THE LOOK!

  • Do NOT wear lash extensions to your appointment.  Do not remove them with oil on your way to the appointment.

  • DO NOT wear contact lenses to the office on the day of the procedure. Keep them out for a day for at least 24hrs after.

  • DO NOT load your skin up with a lot of creamy or oily products prior to the procedure. Oily skin holds LESS COLOR!

  • If your eyes are typically light-sensitive, bring sunglasses to wear home.

  • Do not dye or perm lashes for 2 days prior or for at least 2 weeks following an eyeliner procedure.

  • Do not use eyelash curler the day of the procedure or for 2 weeks following an eyeliner procedure

  • If you have had any type of eye surgery, consult with your physician about how long you should wait before having Eyelash Enhancement done.

  • Do not use mascara until outer healing is complete (3-5 days). Most clients are noncompliant about this, so at least use a new tube of mascara due to risk of bacterial presence in used tubes. Stay a little farther out on the lashes, not too close to the liner.

  • Eyes may be swollen for a few days. If you have a very strong autoimmune system, the lids could swell more than normal. But don't worry, this will subside. If you see any signs of infection however, you should contact a physician immediately!
