| I am of the opinion, that permanent makeup should "enhance" traditional cosmetics, not necessarily replace them. It CAN be a replacement if that's what you desire... but you can still apply makeup over it and always know that you've got a base to fall back on so you will never look totally washed out again. Also, you will always look "better"- with no other makeup on at all. Don't worry about being "stuck" with one color. You can still be versatile, by accenting your permanent makeup, with whatever shade you would like to wear on any given day. Also, remember that permanent makeup is truly smear and smudge-free. Commercially purchased makeup can actually look worse at the end of a long day than if you had not put on any makeup at all. EYEBROWS - Your arch is your expression.
